〔プロテインダイエット22日目〕マクロ管理的に栄養素が足りない1日だったが現状維持

今回も進捗をご報告します。

食事内容とトレーニング内容


今回は夜にハンバーグを食べました。

ハンバーグといえば脂質が多くダイエットの大敵と思われがちですが昨日ご紹介したマクロ栄養管理方式の考え方からすればOKなので食べました。

マクロ栄養管理とは自分の許容範囲内の消費カロリーと栄養素を導き出し、その中で食事をやりくりするダイエット管理法であることは説明しました。

1日の計画としては日中の摂取カロリーを抑え、夜ご飯に食べたいものを食べるというイメージで1日を過ごしました。

しかし、1日の摂取カロリーが1000kcalも満たなく、その他の摂取すべき栄養素も十分とれず1日を終えてしまいました。

マクロ栄養管理的な考え方で計算するなら、僕は1日の三大栄養素であるタンパク質、炭水化物、脂質を117g、151g、40g近い量を1日に摂らなければいけないのです。

脂質はまあまあ目標クリアと見ていいですが、タンパク質と炭水化物が目標値と比べて遠く及ばないですね。

もっと食事の知識をつけて、栄養摂取を自由自在にコントロールしたいです。
